Just seen an Hitchcock episode of a priest who gambled his $500 on a win bet for a new church roof. He told Monsignor his wrong.He told him he must pray the horse loses. He did lose.His bookie came & said he couldn’t risk his win bet so he bet place and gave him $4100

Can they ticket a 91 year old who throws her garbage in street. Possibly. But they will have to catch her. She did her part🤷‍♂️
