Ordered to transfer @bt_uk fibre service on 9 July to new property. conflicting info from BT. Promised service from today, now pushed to 9 August - no accountability from @OpenreachHelp - What is going on? Working from hotspot is not ideal! Fed up customer!

@bt_uk I have no choice but to call BT again this morning. It’s a shame Virgin Media not in my area yet! BT blame Openreach yet there must be a service level agreement as BT are paying for their services - a charge which is passed on to me as customer! Rubbish!

@bt_uk Apparently our ONT was not registered. Serial provided a week ago. BT said would be registered by Openreach in 48 hrs. Nothing. Called again - told given wrong information - 5 days for Openreach to do this. New date fixed for today and now pushed to 9 Aug
