@HitachiAC_GB Received a call from your local service center, now they are telling they will send technician only of I pay visit charges to them again. They are now saying remote does not have warranty. After selling if remote is not working even on same day they are not responsible for same.

I agreed & paid him 1200 for remote & 500 visit charge

Today it had been more than 30 days iam chasing them now they are misbehaving and not listening telling that you have not paid our technician visit charge. I have an invoice copy where I paid 1,700 to them. Now they are again demanding money & not replacing remote @Hitachi_India

Unfortunately the remote stopped working after 2-3 days & I complained again. I called local Hitachi customer care and then informed them by sending live videos in WhatsApp. They apologised & accepted same. They promised to replace the remote with new one.
