BOOM!!!
The DoJ has subpoenaed records from the Office of the Sargeant of Arms for records on the House. This is a very big deal.

What terrified him most about the verdict this week?
Was it that $83M puts him in a deeper financial hole than he’s letting on?
Was it the optics and how to explain his guilt to the electorate?
Was it the prospect of more financial penalties and the impact to his businesses?
I think it was one of those rare moments where he was forced to step outside his cult bubble.
He wasn’t in control of the narrative.
E. Jean Carroll did not back down.
The judge would not cower to his demands.
A citizen jury reminded him that he is not above the law.
This week gave him a glimpse of his fate…and it terrified him.
Jack Smith, Judge Tanya Chutkan, Maine's Secretary of State, Members of Congress... even the White House...
All have been targeted since Christmas Day

There once was a Governor called Ron,
Who hoped to become President on a con,
But the voters sniffed out his game,
They declared him lame,
So Ron put on his boots, and is now gone.
Thousands and thousands of people would still be alive today if Moscow had not taken the decision to launch its aggression and terror.
This is why it is critical to bring Russia to full and fair account at all levels. On the individual level, so that each war criminal and terrorist is held accountable; and on the level of the entire terrorist state, including its assets and capabilities.
Russia must feel and realize forever that the aggressor loses the most as a result of aggression. And I am grateful to everyone who brings Russia's accountability closer, whether through military, sanctions, legal, or political means.
Everything that strengthens Ukraine and its people also strengthens everyone in Europe and everyone around the world who values international law.
Everything that weakens Russia and brings war back home, to Russia, adds stability to international relations and saves the world from even larger crises.
Dear Trump,
"The purpose of the presidency is not the glorification of the president, but the unification, and empowerment, of the American people."

.@POTUS: “Fifty-one years ago today, the Supreme Court recognized a woman’s constitutional right to make deeply personal decisions with her doctor—free from the interference of politicians.”

Retired LT. Gen. Ben Hodges: The thing that really pushed me over the edge on Mr. Trump is when I heard him talking about “my generals” and “my judges” as if we were some third world country that the judges and generals all owed their fealty to whoever the dictator was.
John Kelly, the longest-serving White House chief of staff for Donald Trump, rips his former boss:
“What can I add that has not already been said? A person that thinks those who defend their country in uniform, or are shot down or seriously wounded in combat, or spend years being tortured as POWs are all ‘suckers’ because ‘there is nothing in it for them…
A person that has no idea what America stands for and has no idea what America is all about…
A person who admires autocrats and murderous dictators. A person that has nothing but contempt for our democratic institutions, our Constitution, and the rule of law.
There is nothing more that can be said. God help us.”
On the day Roe v. Wade was overturned, I vowed that I wouldn't back down in the fight to ensure women have the freedom to make their own reproductive health care decisions.
Today, over a year and a half later, that promise stands.
Fifty-one years ago in Roe v. Wade, the Supreme Court recognized a woman’s right to make personal health care decisions.
In 2022, the Supreme Court took it away.
Today and always, @VP and I stand for women’s reproductive freedom and call on Congress to restore Roe for good.
51 years ago, Roe v. Wade put women in charge of their bodies and their futures.
But since the Supreme Court overturned it, Republicans have been hell-bent on taking that right away in every state.
We must restore Roe protections and enshrine reproductive rights into law.
