Self-love isn’t only limited to practicing healing rituals & improving your perspective on various issues. Self-love is also one of ur biggest defense mechanisms when your space and true self are under attack. The effects of the former can also improve the efficacy of the latter.

As a 29-year-old it is absolutely humiliating to have undergone such unnecessary incident. This proves how people in charge are incapable of dealing with and treating a serious issue without infringing on the rights of others.
If you are a Qatari female under the age of 30 and traveling soon, you WILL be stopped by a border officer. I am currently at Hamad International Airport and I was asked to contact my dad to verify that he is aware of me traveling.
The border officer said that they recently received instructions to not allow women under 30 through without their guardian’s consent. I was thus asked to connect him with my father via phone. The officer asked him personal questions to confirm my identity and his.
Qataris with blindness or visual impairment are often stereotyped as being depressed or unable to take care of themselves, making it almost impossible for them to find love or companionship.
