A Man’s Guide to a Better Life
HABITS THAT MAKE YOU DANGEROUSLY FOCUSED (and unstoppable)
1. As a man, Your focus is your real superpower.
Most guys stay average because they never build it. Here are the non-negotiable habits that turn boys into kings:
@ManOfFocus_ True. Your brain is like a engine. If you don't keep using and engaging it, it will just break down.
The mind seeks for challenges. Give it that
@MasculinePeak Setting up boundaries and expectations from day 1 will help you not land in a situation like this. And if it does, be brave enough to walk away
A man falls in love only once.
He wins if that love stays forever and turns into a soulmate/partner.
Everytime else, he playing a calculated game of not giving control of his feelings and mind.
@_falsi1ke And you can't even blame them. They just want to take pride and then also feel superior.
The loss is actually yours. You lose the surprise element and become a center of gossip.
@DearS_o_n It's really tempting to show to the world what you have achieved: specially your wealth. And that's one of the easiest ways of attracting enemies.
Everyone on this planet wants wealth, everyone is in a competition.
Take your pie, and enjoy while keeping a low profile
@MasculinePeak Scarcity signals that you are not someone who can attract a woman, which puts your off in her mind. Abundance signals that you are highly wanted, and she needs to get a piece of it too.
Analogy: You are attracted to hype brands because a lot of people are after them
@ManOfFocus_ Staying lowkey has a charm of its own. You don't need to constantly push yourself to keep an image. Achieve what you want, and things will feel effortless imo
Even though I don't want to say that all families are the same, I will say that all share the same human nature. Everybody is in a race to get better, get rich and get a better status. When you get all of that, it's bound to attract envy and competition.
The solution? Stay low key
Negativity bias, the brain weights losses more than equivalent gains.
It’s not ingratitude. It’s just how the system was built. One mistake registers louder than ten good decisions, because the mistake might signal danger and the good decisions didn’t.
Knowing the mechanism doesn’t make it less frustrating. But it stops you from taking it personally.
@Dearme2_ Make the first 1k. Then aim for the next 10k. Then 100k and then a million.
Aiming for a million at the start is the easiest way to burn yourself out. It's a constant grind.
@Dearme2_ Don't waste your 20s being anxious or overthinking about the things you can't change about yourself. The only thing you can change is that you can get rich.
