On top of that, relationship stuff is messy and something Im unfamiliar with. So, learning to let go has been a huge challenge. I've been in bed the past three days, but, god- that isn't the way I want to respond to high-stress
This incident was followed by some family related issues resurfacing. Ones that no one should have to deal with, or ever have to experience. Watching a person deteriorate as result of their own choices is... horrendous. (2
The past three days have been the most difficult I've had in a long time. In my field of work, occasionally witnessing a death is an inevitability. This was my first time seeing it. It was hard, but it solidified that I want to help people and this is what I want to do (1
I feel like I keep saying I'll get back into writing, but never follow through. I'm still in a nasty depressive rut, how do y'all stay writing or motivate yourself to at least try? #WritingCommunity
So, #writercommunity#WritingCommnunity, I havent been around for a hot second. Life has been hectic, writing has dwindled to nothing.
Question is: how do you get back on the horse if you've fallen off in terms of writing? Just jump back in? Start slow and small?
So, for the past month or so I have been working 100+ hours every two weeks. I cant complain too much because I overall enjoy the work. How do y'all manage to work a lot, yet manage to get writing done? By the time I get home I'm DONE 😭😭
So, a big call happened at work today and I was surprisingly more composed than I thought I would be. I got told I handled it well.
Maybe it would be worth going on for emt/medic.
@KaitlynEKeller I definitely recommend! The mint in the green tea just gives it a bit of that mintiness that goes with the sweet of the honey and sugar. It is so pleasant and calming!
Recently, I've been drinking mint green tea with almond milk, bit of sugar, and some honey. It has become my new favorite thing. I love it so much.
Oolong is a close second, though 😩
#WritingCommunity What do y'all do to encourage yourselves to write? What do you do if you're in one of those "should I even bother trying to write?" slumps?
I'm not in any hole right now, but it's always nice to hear what other people gotta say.
It has been a hot second, #WritingCommunity. So, when you're writing a chapter, do you have a word count you try to adhere to or just end the chapter when you've finished what you needed to?
