As a woman I am extremely aware the only reason I have rights is because women before me got mouthy, organized, and made herself inconvenient. Thats why I see women who uphold the patriarchy as traitors
For the ones who aren’t getting it; one woman’s crime should never turn into conversations about women losing HUMAN rights or not being capable to run for office. Men commit crimes like this (and worse) but no one questions their ability to vote & run for office as a collective.
Wait a minute, why is Lindsay Clancy case not the reason why women shouldn't be parents, home makers, wives and primary child care providers. But rather why women shouldn't, vote, be president, be cEO, employed?
I hate this country so much

Your body doesn't listen to what you say. It listens to what you think. And it responds chemically. Every time.
Your brain cannot tell the difference between something happening and something you're vividly imagining happening.
fMRI studies from CU Boulder and the Karolinska Institute have shown that when you imagine a barking dog, a rejection, or a worst-case scenario, the same neural circuits fire as when the event is actually occurring.
Your amygdala reacts to the internal signal, then floods your bloodstream with cortisol, adrenaline, and norepinephrine within seconds. It doesn't need an evidence.
Which means:
- the argument you're rehearsing in the shower is aging you.
- the imaginary confrontation you're having with your boss on the drive home is spiking your blood glucose.
- the catastrophe you're playing out at 2 AM is measurably suppressing your immune function by morning.
Researchers studying "perseverative cognition" have measured this precisely.
People who ruminate on stressful thoughts show elevated cortisol awakening responses and higher rates of upper respiratory infection weeks later. The thought doesn't cause the illness directly. The chemistry produced by the thought does.
The reverse works with equal force.
Studies on placebo response measured dopamine surges of 15 to 20 percent in the nucleus accumbens purely from expectation of relief. Without any requirement of drug or touch. Just belief, releasing measurable neurotransmitters into the reward circuitry.
What most people miss is that this system doesn't switch off. Your body is a real-time chemical translator running 24/7.
Every internal narrative gets converted into hormones, immune signals, and gene expression patterns.
Chronic worry rewires the HPA axis.
Chronic self-attack alters inflammatory markers.
Chronic hope, gratitude, and safety literally reshape which genes get transcribed inside your cells.
The old idea that thoughts are "just in your head" is one of the most expensive misconceptions in modern life. Your head is wired directly into every organ you own.

There's something called "paralysis by analysis" it happens when you spend so much time weighing your options, searching for the
"perfect" way or overthinking every detail that you end up doing nothing at all. The fear of making the wrong move replaces the courage to simply start
