❗️ Zelensky said Ukraine will receive licenses to produce SCALP missiles, AASM bombs, and Aster 30 missiles. France will provide 2 SAMP/T systems this year and speed up Aster 30 deliveries by October. Ukraine will buy 16 Rafale fighters, with pilot and mechanic training starting this year. #Ukraine
Don’t provoke Russia’ is the most expensive sentence in European history. Every red line we drew for ourselves — no tanks, no F-16s, no strikes inside Russia — collapsed later, at a higher price. Appeasement isn’t caution. It’s paying more for the same result.
Ukraine is presently experiencing its best season of the war since fall 2022. Russian progress across nearly the entire frontline is halted, while medium- and long-range strikes cripple Russian industry and logistics. To replace the man at the head of this would be lunacy.
‼️Unfortunately, more evidence is emerging around these rumors. If Fedorov is replaced, it could trigger a major backlash in Ukrainian society, as it would be seen as a highly unpopular decision. I hope it does not come to that. Fedorov is exactly the kind of manager who should complete the military reforms and receive more authority and opportunities to do so.
Ukrainian Defense Minister could be removed, with Interior Minister potentially replacing him - Ukrainska Pravda sources.
According to UP, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is considering removing Mykhailo Fedorov as Defense Minister, with Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko potentially taking over.
Sources say that during discussions on July 11–12, Zelenskyy asked Fedorov whether he would consider leading the government, but Fedorov declined.
The decision is linked to the fact that Fedorov joined the MoD only a few months ago and has just started implementing his reform agenda.
Following the talks, Fedorov reportedly assured colleagues that everything was fine and that he would continue his work. However, several UP sources believe this may not be the case.

🔥Russian air defense in Crimea took another major hit.
USF drones struck S-400 launcher, Tor-M2, Pantsir-S1 and two Nebo-U radar systems during the July 12 to 13 strikes.
I agree that Russian mobilization this fall is likely. It's still not too late to negotiate for Russia, as the situation will probably keep worsening for both sides. Russia's all-in attempt will ultimately end in the bloody collapse that even Russian turbo-patriots warn about
One of Russia's most popular military bloggers begs the Kremlin to stop the war, calling it a "resounding and humiliating failure", citing that Ukraine is now destroying Russia.
Ukraine’s Defense Ministry outlined results from the NATO summit in Ankara: $80 billion for Ukraine’s defense in 2026, with the same level planned for 2027. Norway will provide over $306 million for Patriot missiles, Germany will fund production of Bars drone-missiles on its territory for Ukraine, and Kyiv signed new Drone Deals with Estonia, the Netherlands, and Denmark. #Ukraine
Another unlucky victim of Ukraine's overnight Russian refinery massacre, Rosneft's Saratov refinery, with a capacity of 140,000 barrels/day. This facility is also a key pipeline juncture for transport of both oil and gas.
Ukrainian Unmanned Systems Forces struck 47 Russian targets overnight on July 6
Among the key targets: two fuel tankers in the Sea of Azov carrying gasoline from Taganrog to Crimea, each loaded with around 7,000 tons of fuel; an oil depot in Kerch; a Nebo-U radar; and two S-400 Triumph launchers — one in Crimea and another in Bryansk Oblast.
The tanker strikes were carried out in a joint operation with the Ukrainian Navy.
🔥🛢️Russia’s Omsk Oil Refinery, the country’s largest and arguably its most valuable refinery, was attacked by Ukrainian drones.
The plant has a capacity of around 20.5–21 million tons of crude oil per year, or roughly 420,000 barrels per day, accounting for about 8% of Russia’s total oil refining volume.
