@BBVAresponde_es me pidieron esperar 2-3 días, fui al cuarto día y me dijo el de la caja que el chico anterior no hizo nada, estamos a fecha 23 de junio y sigo sin cobrar, llamo y me mandan a que pague el importe pero como puedo pagar si me retenéis el dinero ?

@BBVAresponde_es Buenas tardes, es normal que me tengan retenido mi prestación por desempleo ? Primero me dijeron que era porque mi documento no estaba actualizado, el 23 de mayo llamé y me dijeron que tenía que ir a la oficina para digitalizar mi documento, seguí cada paso

@BBVAresponde_es me confirmaron que la documentación estaba actualizada, se acercó el 10 de junio y no recibí la prestación porque mi cuenta está en mora por un seguro que pedí que lo anulasen, el 16 de junio fui a la oficina y me comentaron que sigo con NIE
