Unacceptable service. Purifier picked up on 25 Apr for relocation, still no delivery or installation as of 29 Apr. No way to reach any technician or agent, chat keeps saying “escalated” with zero action. 5 days now.
@flyspicejet has to be the worst, most shameless airline I’ve ever dealt with. My check-in bag was within 15kg and I had ALREADY paid ₹950 extra while booking — yet these people still forced me to pay another ₹2,250 at the counter for just 3kg “extra” hand baggage.
At Bangalore T1 they had only 1–2 dead slow counters, and honestly I hope it becomes zero because this airline is a disaster. To everyone travelling: even if SpiceJet looks cheap, don’t fall for it. They’ll loot you at the airport and treat you terribly. Pathethic @flyspicejet
They even weighed my laptop bag. And the funniest part? They weren’t even able to convert or deduct the money I had already paid. Just straight-up squeezing passengers.
