My first ever SHO narrowband & Hubble pallette image! Only collected about 4 hours total on IC 1805 due to work & clouds. I know I need to nail down the processing of the stars and these types of images, but it's a start,
IC 1805, also known as The Heart Nebula. This is Ha data I collected last night. I will collect the SII and OIII over the next couple weeks. Equipment: EQ6-R Pro mount, Radian Raptor61 refractor, ZWO ASI1600MM Pro, ZWO EFW, EAF, ASIAir Plus, ASI120MM Mini (guide camera)
I got back into astrophotography after a couple of years due to work situation. This is a single 600 second frame of IC 434 in Ha. I'm hooked all over again. Equipment: EQ6-R Pro mount, Radian Raptor61 refractor, ZWO ASI1600MM Pro, ZWO EFW, EAF, ASIAir Plus, ASI120MM Mini.
2 hours of the Western Veil nebula imaged from Fresno, CA. First deep sky image in almost 2 months my processing in Pixinsight is a little bit rusty! ๐๐

@SkyScraperPrime Astrocamera like a ASI183MC Pro but again it depends on how much you want to spend. Also a nice mount will make your astrophotography much less frustrating.
Near the end of my imaging session I grabbed some quick data of the Lagoon & Trifid nebulas. Being able to take images like this is what makes me love astrophotography.

@SkyScraperPrime Honestly I'd depends on what you want to spend and what type of astro you want do. I started with a Celestron 8 SCT for visual astronomy but then morphed into astrophotography. So I started backwards really. But I would suggest something in the 200-300mm focal length and a color
