@FBN_help@FirstBankngr Greetings. Please, I took a short term loan of 15k (to repay on the 22nd of next month) only for them to credit me and immediately deduct the interest (N1200) and insurance (N750 or so) and still stated that I will pay back the 15k plus the interest.
@FBN_help@FirstBankngr This is not okay at all and seems somehow fraudulent. Please, look into it and if it's by any means a mistake, rectify it and credit back the deducted fund. Thank you.
