I didnโt receive the ticket until 5:32pm PT on 10/2. StubHub then cancels my sale at 5:46pm PT (14 min later) because I
didnโt transfer it to the new buyer in time. Meanwhile, I was driving home from work, so I missed the 14 min window. I called StubHub support, but they didnโt have any tools to help me, so they said I had to go through the hassle of listing and selling the ticket again.
