Abia state is already turning out to be the leading state in the east, thanks to Gov Otti, and more things are coming. Very soon, Abia will go off the national grid and produce its own light. A project is ongoing for the biggest medical centre in the east, electric buses that transport you around major LGAs, and so much more. So yes, Abia state needs an airport.
