Urgent - Request for Immediate Refund Due to Inexcusable Data Debit Error
Dear @MTN180@MTNNG,
I hope this letter reaches you in a moment when your services are faring better than the recent debacle I experienced with my MTN Nigeria lines, from 26th October to 24th November.
To put it bluntly, I am appalled at the gross incompetence demonstrated by your system during what you term an "oops error." This so-called error led to an utterly ridiculous and unwarranted debit of data from my account. As a customer who has entrusted MTN with their communication needs, I am deeply disappointed by this egregious failure on your part.
I understand that technical issues are a part of any service, but the sheer audacity of debiting my account for an error on your end is unacceptable. I find it hard to believe that a company of MTN's stature would resort to such blatant disregard for its customers.
I have attached the transaction details, and I demand an immediate and full refund for the data erroneously deducted from my account. It is disheartening to witness the deterioration of service quality, and I expect MTN to rectify this situation promptly.
I urge you to treat this matter with the urgency it deserves. Failing to address this issue promptly will undoubtedly force me to reconsider my loyalty to MTN Nigeria and explore alternative service providers.
I expect a swift resolution to this matter and an assurance that such blatant errors will not be tolerated in the future. I anticipate a prompt response and the full refund of the erroneously debited data.
