@v_pradeilles A few years ago we got a project (to estimate support costs) with AppDelegate of 32K lines of code. That was real wonder of engineering, Xcode was crashing when I tried to open the file. 🤣
@NeatoRobotics Well, I just repaired Apple and Sage gadgets without any issues. You were producing D7 during 2021 and early 2022. Seems luke Neato decided to use all part for new robots and leave service centres unsupported. It is insane that I can’t fix (not for free) 3yo flagman product
@NeatoRobotics The problem is that you don’t supply parts to your authorised repair partners. I was told already multiple times that you don’t have motherboards for D7 (which was a flagman vacuum 2.5 years ago and I paid €700 for it).
@NeatoRobotics With your post-warranty supoort and lack of care for your customers I actively recommend NOT to buy Neato to any friends why is on a market for robot vacuum.
I bought my first Neato > 10 years ago. And the alst one 3 years ago (big mistake).

@elonmusk@RenataKonkoly Seems like @elonmusk never heard of Crimea War, Russian-Japanese War, Winter War (aka Russian-Finnish War). All were catastrophic losses for Russia. Population size isn’t really significant factor.

@NeatoRobotics Thanks. Your support already had a closer look and said that nothing could be done. I don’t get how you have enough parts for manufacturing robots but not enough for repairing them. Seems like you just prioritise sales above current customers.
@NeatoRobotics If only they last longer and you had spare parts in your service centres. Have a very expensive non-reparable piece of junk at home because “parts shortage”. Seems it’s enough parts to produce new robots but not enough to support your customers.
.@Apple, please add “deliver as a single package” option to your website. 4 products, 4 deliveries. Two deliveries on the same day by different couriers - DHL and UPS. That isn’t exactly sustainable.
