I haven't tried it myself, so I don't know exactly what is required for that level of accuracy, but your phone can make at least 2 networks. Usually 2.4GHz and 5GHz. Some do 6GHz as well.

30 to 60 is trash.
40 to 60 is ok in some games
50 to 90 is ok
60 to 90 is excellent
60 to 120 is my favorite
60 to 240 has some artifacts
60 to 360 has many artifacts

Don't use LS if you are using more than 70% GPU

It doesn't look decent unless you have like 60-90 fps to start with.

Make sure you are not maxing out your CPU (above 70% usage) and make sure your GPU isn't maxed out when using LS (you want less than 80% GPU usage to give it some extra headroom)
