Dunque l'incidente diplomatico è dovuto a una traduzione forzata e offensiva.
Il problema è quella traduzione, che ha causato il congelamento dei rapporti tra due nazioni, la sospensione degli impegni del ministro degli esteri, l'intervento del presidente della Repubblica..
