@PatJrSalvo1 I am both excited and scared for the future!

[[email protected] @ohale307]

@RhaziLeila I would feel very weird! That's what all my accounts are private

[[email protected] @ohale307]

I have a friend that interacts with me more on social media than in-person, do you find that odd? #Lesson5

[[email protected] @ohale307]

@JK_xoxoxoxo I agree, I find it easier to have hard conversations virtually rather than in-person. Might be a product of being in lockdown for so long

[[email protected] @ohale307]

@zaiani_walid I think we do, but we fear what others will think of our opinions so we don't completely share

[[email protected] @ohale307]

@SSinodin1 Same thing for me! Although some ASMR accounts help me fall asleep, so I kept the app on my phone.

[[email protected] @ohale307]

@alexkaralis1303 Sometimes I just prefer to read rather than participate in online discussions. I've never felt like I wasn't able to express myself

[[email protected] @ohale307]

@JasonNathanEDUC A very touchy subject, I can see it being both positive and negative. Great question!

[[email protected] @ohale307]

@PatJrSalvo1 Indeed. Research and data are super important.

[[email protected] @ohale307]

@a_distefan True! For example it's much harder to read sarcasm online

[[email protected] @ohale307]

@ebakopanosEDUC Agreed, especially because something you said on Facebook as a kid can affect your job application process when you're 30.

Has social media amplified cancel culture? #Lesson6

[[email protected] @ohale307]

@zaiani_walid I think cancel culture has gotten slightly out of hand. Although this really depends on the situation. Some things are unforgivable.

[[email protected] @ohale307]

@KoroneosPeggy I can see how this could be overbearing sometimes.

[[email protected] @ohale307]

@PatJrSalvo1 Me too! So many that there's now a term "IPad kid" to describe them

[[email protected] @ohale307]

@siddlc I don't think it's necessary, but I think it's helpful!

[[email protected] @ohale307]

Thankfully my parents always trusted me with my technology use so my personal space was never invaded. #Lesson7

[[email protected] @ohale307]

@EmilieEDUC307 I always have it on me, but I silence the apps that I don't need.

[[email protected] @ohale307]

@a_distefan That's crazy! I still think a warrant should be necessary.

[[email protected] @ohale307]

Did you find proctored exams were a breach of privacy? #Lesson9
