Ather store executive says the “PDO” circuit part is faulty, but it’s unavailable, so I’ve been told to wait 10–15 days.
This is your premium service? I’m wasting hours stranded on roads. Need a proper solution in 1–2 days.

It’s now Tuesday, 12:30 PM — still no fix. Support says “2 hours” every time.

Connect–disconnect loop is back, issue still NOT fixed.
Now the phone name shows as an encoded string — premium scooter, broken UX.

@atherenergy@atherenergy Parked scooter drains 8–10% battery in daily use. Add power-save: after 10 min inactivity, turn off SIM/GPS or enter deep-standby, re-enable on movement. Optionally: “Safe Places” (home/office) = full standby, malls = active. I can’t get >70 km per charge.

Yesterday’s “Bluetooth fix” update was even better… now it connects for 3 seconds and proudly disconnects again.

@atherenergy@atherenergy On start, the scooter defaults to Zip mode instead of the last-used mode. Either let users set a default start mode in settings or remember the last active mode (preferred). This improves continuity and avoids unexpected behaviour after shutdown.
@atherenergy@atherenergy Music controls are limited to play/pause/skip, no volume control from the scooter. Please add volume up/down controls via handlebar/player interface for safer in-ride audio management.
@atherenergy@atherenergy Please add documents/PDF support in the app and consider Digilocker integration (API/SDK). If users connect Digilocker, allowing in-app access to verified documents, it simplifies checks and reduces friction for riders.
@atherenergy@atherenergy Auto-indicator is inconsistent — it cuts out 4–5 times out of 10, often before the turn. This is a safety-critical bug; please prioritise reliability and firmware fix for indicator debounce and persistence.
@atherenergy@atherenergy When the map is in full-screen during a ride, pressing the power button currently opens media controls. Please extend this UX to show WhatsApp notification previews too — quick glanceable previews + actions would improve safety and reduce phone use.
@atherenergy Connection timing is completely random, sometimes within a minute, sometimes 10 minutes, or it only connects after I finish a ride and park for about 5 minutes. There’s no consistent behaviour on when it will connect. Important: once it does connect, it stays connected.
