@NeomOrganics waiting for my delivery due today, hasn't turned up and dpd website states 'as requested your package has been delivered to xxx post office' I have not requested this?? Why has it been delivered to a PO (in a diff town). Disappointed as a new customer.

@Ocado absolutely furious. Due our xmas delivery this evening & just got a text from ocado saying the beef joint I ordered - for our Christmas lunch - is out of stock!! How can this be when I ordered it weeks ago? Secondly you have substituted it with a joint costing £10 more!

@Ocado received a nice email about receiving a free tin of shortbread when I check out. The option isn't there, it is showing as £5!???
