Today's Hills of DC Bike Ride had us fighting the Hills & those 18 mph winds! The #hillsofdc ride was 18.3 miles at 1,901 ft of climbing. My entire ride for the day was 41.3 miles at 2,680 ft of climbing. All miles & climbing were in DC. #bikedc #hodc #hillsofrockcreek

I got my steps in today! I rode my Stepping Route on today's Urban Adventure Bicycle Ride. I rode to the Watergate, Lincoln Memorial, Malcolm X Park, Spanish, U.S. Capitol & the Washington National Parks steps.

It was a breezy & somewhat easy peasy Hills of DC Bike Ride today. I rode the beginners route in EOTR Hills in DC for 17.8 miles at 2,010 ft of climbing. The ride stayed 100% in DC with no Hill
