Just called @adidas because this stuck in my craw about the bloody sneakers and it seems that since they have "a lot of customers" they don't care that one has had the same issue twice and just wants her $160 back.

And @adidas I had to send the info twice, did reach out again via email as suggested, and shockingly no response.

@adidas just put in writing that the reasonable life of their $160 sneakers is six weeks. The first pair got the same exact crack in the sneaker after six weeks, and according to @adidas that is the reasonable life span of their products.

The woman who did the exchange of the first pair with the SAME issue said if it happened again I could get a refund. She lied. So @adidas also needs to train their staff not to lie. Will not buy @adidas again.
