@FathomSeth @pdotdot89 @NicoleFroese @WhatsUp_Canada It also doesn't distinguish "vaccinated" by how many doses of what brand and how recently, nor what percentage of each population is immunosuppressed (unable to become adequately immune from vaccine or disease).
@FathomSeth @pdotdot89 @NicoleFroese @WhatsUp_Canada 64 of 218 is 29.4%. This chart isn't well labeled, but logically it looks like it's saying the 6% of the population that's unvaccinated is representing about 30% of deaths. It doesn't say if it's referring to COVID-19 deaths or all deaths.
@AllisonLCarter Yes, exactly this. If your immune system is no good, a vaccine will do you no good. And that's why people with suppressed or compromised immune systems need as many other people as possible to get vaccinated so they won't be surrounded by virus factories exposing them.
@JoeBiden I can accept disagreements about the best policy to achieve a given end, but when someone thinks another person deserves to be treated as a lesser human with fewer rights, that person has declared himself an enemy of the other.
@shotgun_nicky @LebelShelley@AOC@DarthVonOhlen 2/2 Also, he's getting that shitty socialized government medicine, so much lower odds than that -- right? Also, it's *your*. Learn English.
@shotgun_nicky @LebelShelley@AOC@DarthVonOhlen For 70- to 79-year-olds with underlying conditions (like obesity), it's 68%. And that counts survival but with an oxygen tank still attached to you at home and unable to walk across the room without fainting.
