@VirginTrains 10:35 from Crewe. Only 5 carriages. Wouldn’t allow me to reserve a seat but this carriage all says ‘available’. Suitcases packed in the corridors, no air by the toilets and doors don’t stay open to let air through. Very uncomfortable and disappointing
