So many players you'd definitely consider loaning out or selling - if possible - including Delap, Essugo, Garnacho, Guiu, Fofana, Gusto, Jörgensen, Enzo, Sánchez, Tosin and Badiashile.
In a summer where we're not going to be breaking the bank - and where the "project" is less appealing, there's definitely a market with some shrewd, experienced signings.
Wharton could be good but expensive. There's obviously deals to be done for Stones, Rashford and Bowen too.
But with Jackson returning, with Quenda, Barco, Emegha and Penders all joining too, it's more about who we can move on rather than who we'll bring in... 👀
This is cool. Kairat fans held a big banner for Chelsea-bound Dastan Satpayev at their sold-out game today which read “Europe get ready – the Kazakh warrior is on the way” while singing the 17yo’s name. Video from Kairat’s Instagram 🇰🇿
This might well be made up, but it highlights the dumb recruitment decisions. We had a capable academy graduate, instead vast amounts of money and opportunities are spent on Gittens and Garnacho. Are those good investments? Is that levelling up?
🚨🔵 EXCL | Tyrique George has been told he will not be going out on loan this summer, and the decision came directly from Alonso.
The 19-year-old attacker was expected to follow the standard Chelsea academy-to-loan pipeline. Alonso ended that conversation before it could begin. He watched George’s cup appearances from this season and told Cobham staff the winger has “an unusual understanding of space for his age.”
George will be in first-team training from day one of preseason. He won’t start Premier League matches immediately. But Alonso wants him in the environment, absorbing the system.
Another Leverkusen principle applied at Chelsea, develop from within, in-house, under direct supervision. George’s representatives are quietly thrilled. #CFC

I’ve never disliked a group of players more than this lot, despite being utter shit they stroll around like they are prime Barcelona, petulant, lazy & totally void of quality. They don’t care, they don’t play for the badge & they don’t deserve to play for Chelsea.
This is getting serious. We learned from Covid that too soft measures too late were no good. It's time for a full lockdown.
Also, null and void the football season. It's harsh on Arsenal, obviously, but sadly health and safety comes first.
@unknownTweed Fofana - petulant, injury-prone and throws his toys out of the pram when things don't go his way.
Gusto - makes stupid decisions and is way too nonchalant, so seems like he doesn't care enough.
Sanchez - can make great saves but is still a liability.
Would be easy to continue...
BLOCK . THE . ENTRANCE . SO . THE . GAME . GETS . CALLED . OFF
Instead of being a bunch of fannies and chanting at the least intimidating protest I’ve seen in my life, while all the YouTube fan channel leeches get their face in.
Block the main entrance. Block the Britannia Gate. Get a live telly game called off.
That’s the only way these carpetbagging bastards will take notice.
Imagine having the absolute nerve to sit there and look disgusted at what you are watching when it's YOU that are solely accountable for this mess.
Winstanley, Stewart, Shields and BlueCO, get out of our football club!!!!!
It's sad but I wouldn't be surprised if most Chelsea fans admitted they don't really like this Chelsea team at all.
Certainly not the owners, obviously, who are despised. Not the sporting directors... 🐍🐍🐍🐍🐍 who are out of their depth.
How about the players? No connection.
