I set my PR for most patients in one assignment in the ICU. I had a total of 7 patients last night between transfers, switched assignments, and admissions. And I had to chart on all of them 🤬

This is one of my favorite things to do and it’s an absolute pet peeve to get a patient whose hair hasn’t been touched in days/weeks.
