The body worn camera footage tells no lies, as the callousness and brutality that is captured is revolting. Changing gloves, smiling, all while pummeling a defenseless person and not one of them steps up to even attempt to stop the atrocities that are occurring.

When the captors become more depraved than the people they are holding captive there is a serious problem with the system.
