It's strange how I see $Alonshouse as a wonderful community of builders, yet Pumpfan is deleting it, along with dexscreener, phantom, and solscan. They're hindering the free trading of memecoins and tokenization.
Sure, let's talk legalities.
First off, there is no court, judge, or jury in this world that considers reposting information from a single public source as "doxing."
Meanwhile, @Pumpfun's TOS prohibits users from posting "defamatory, dishonest, or obscene" content.
(I don't see doxing. Also that's 90%+ of their tokens.)
And Dexscreener claims its data comes "directly from the blockchain it tracks, without the use of external API or data sources. All data is processed automatically in realtime without any human moderation of intervention."
(Uh, okay.)
Sure they have catch-all clauses, but a platform selectively enforcing a TOS at a CEO's personal request, or publicly claiming zero human moderation and then manually removing--comes a hell of a lot closer to fraud and abuse of power than republishing a public record.
