@acweyand Also, I think it's important to talk to each other about these issues. People treat it as taboo, but if no one is talking about it, how can anyone gauge what's "normal." I had a hard time finding anyone that had similar symptoms, and I was always stressed about it.
@acweyand Yes! It took me years of fighting to find a Dr that took it seriously and worked to find the problem. Turns out I had a polyp in my uterus, and he biopsied it (benign, thankfully), and performed a hysteroscopy. I'm now one month passed that surgery and so so happy. Get checked!
I have more I could add! But, if you're looking for book recommendations, I can hit you with some! I like thrillers, cheesy rom coms, mysteries (especially funny ones), and of course, I love a good smut novel.
I am 10 books behind my reading goal for the year, so I'm just reading books at hyper speed right now. Here's a few I've read recently!
1. The Maid, Nita Prose - quick read, interesting plot
2. Local Woman Missing, Mary Kubica - twisty, I was caught off guard by the twist
3. The Only Good Indians, Stephen Graham Jones - great plot, but I wasn't a fan of the writing style. It was really difficult to follow because of that, and I actually ended up using a reading guide to be able to keep track of the story.
Mr. Pickles, a critically endangered species of tortoise at the Houston Zoo, finally became a father at the age of 90. He and his partner, Mrs. Pickles, welcomed three tortoise hatchlings: Dill, Gherkin and Jalapeño.
