The new induction policy is completely unmeritorious.
It pushes public medical college graduates to the back seat.
This injustice must be called out clearly.

Government graduates worked hard, secured positions on merit,
but this new induction policy sidelines them overnight.
Such an unfair shift cannot be accepted.
@SalmanRafiquePK@SHCMEHealth#revert_induction_policy
This induction policy destroys the balance of opportunities.
Public-sector graduates earned their seats through years of effort.
They shouldn’t suffer because of a flawed policy.
@SalmanRafiquePK@SHCMEHealth#revert_induction_policy
A system built on fairness cannot function with such policies.
Merit-based government graduates are being pushed out completely.
Reforms shouldn’t punish those who came on merit.

Imagine giving 8-9 years to a career, burning midnight oil, spending sleepless nights throughout your journey, sacrificing family events only to have job insecurities in the end.
Instead of creating jobs for Drs authorities are trying to demotivate students from choosing Pre med
The new induction policy is deeply disproportionate.
It jeopardizes the futures of public-sector graduates who followed merit.
Policies must uplift, not exclude those who earned their place.
@SalmanRafiquePK@SHCMEHealth#revert_induction_polic
How can a policy ignore the very students trained by the government itself?
Those who served government hospitals are now left behind.
This must be corrected.
@SalmanRafiquePK@SHCMEHealth#revert_induction_policy
Government institutions invested heavily in training their students.
Now those very graduates stand pushed out of PG seats.
This isn’t reform — it’s reversal of merit.
@SalmanRafiquePK@SHCMEHealth#revert_induction_policy
Foreign medical graduates marks is a genuine issue and there should be some equvilance just like we have for A-Level in MDCAT admissions ,rest parent institute marks for govt graduates applying residency to same institute was not justice at all.
Merit should prevail 🚨
A public university hardly give 3/4 gpa if you go nd check the list only very few make it and it's because scoring trend is low while . majority students are good. Even on giving all right answers students get 75/100.
While private universities give 4/4 gpa
Konsa level playing???
We strongly reject new FCPS Criteria Policy of Punjab, there's need to implement such policies with much consideration and discussion with all the stakeholders.We will appreciate any new policy that will ensure more merit based inductions.

Whoever whispers recommendations and policies into this department’s ear must surely be a connoisseur of chaos and part of the one of the many mafias that exist in our country. In the entire civilized world, PG residency policies are not treated like weather forecasts, changing
