He was influenced by Disney's style of drawing and it did evolve into a moe culture because big eyes make the character cuter. Also easier to show the facial expression.

There's zero chance Toriyama who created this character during the mid 90th knew what blackface was.

@JanTheMangaMan And to make it more embarrassing, Kyotarou is a middle school kid and Taiki is a high schooler while Trash-suya is a grown ass man who acts like a kid. That series is too overrated.
If anything, RAG is already lucky to make it to season 3.
