Currently enjoying a ‘cheese & ham’ toastie with @GrViolife Greek style & @Tofurky smoked ham 😍 With mustard, guacamole, or pesto - all delicious 🤤 The cheese melts so well!

BUT putting a trial of 5 vegan cheeses at the end of the article that aren’t that great isn’t going to sell vegan cheese to the non-vegan. Even supermarket own brands are better than the ones tested 🤦🏻‍♀️ HOWEVER it’s hard from a non-vegan perspective so, thank you 🙏🏼

New Scientist has a great article re: thinking eating cheese is better than eating meat. It’s got some facts we weren’t ready for like: the rise in US milk production per cow between 2007-2016 was 13%, and that cheese has a way higher carbon footprint than milk 🤦🏻‍♀️ Come on, world.
