@skoops @danimrich @Strava Hmm. Then again hmm - because I am not as fluent in sarcasm as you 😜 and also because I don’t see bad motivations everywhere. The suggested range makes sense and the actual threshold was set by myself. And after that distance I honestly say: I am very happy to buy new shoes 🤓

@danimrich @Strava Get your point! Important to mention: I remember now that I set the threshold of 600 kilometers myself. So it is up to me to switch shoes at this rate. Just as it is up to me to go to the dentist twice per year („Wait, why twice …“ 😱😊).

My 2021 “Year in Sport” … nearly achieved my goal of being active at least every 2nd day (on Strava).

For my favorite sports I actually achieved my goal: I did a run every 3rd day and covered 900 kilometers in my shoes this year 🏃💪🏻😊
