@bt_uk Hi thanks for following up I managed to get through to customer service and was told external work was needed before it can be installed and they were scheduled to come next week but no one had advised me so that was a waste of a day. Wasn’t happy so raised a complaint

@bt_uk an engineer is supposed to come today 8am-1pm to setup my broadband but none has showed up and the customer service line seem to be down. Who can I contact?

@MoominOfficial I knew they would sell out in minutes but why allow up to 6 mugs per customer? Would have been better with 1-2 per customer.. so many of the mugs will now end up on reselling sites, saw one selling for £100 within minutes of being sold out
