Not everything is important to be delivered with 101% perfection.

@flyscoot (2) I am completely unsure of which destination and when we would be able to travel.
@flyscoot team, are there any other options available, these are exceptional times, and like other airlines, I do expect some leniency on the vouchers as well.
@flyscoot (1) As per Scoot customer care, I can't extend my vouchers/take a refund since the Covid19 policy only applies for actual flight bookings and not for vouchers. The only alternative offered to me is that I have to actually book a flight ticket for a destination and date.
@tumitravel Completely lost trust on a brand like #Tumi. Gave my 6 year old Vapor for repair (wheels) at Singapore outlet. Got an official email from #Tumi saying that they are unable to repair it and happy to give me SGD500 of voucher which should be used to buy a new Tumi.

@AmericanExpress Been with Amex Platinum Singapore for 9 years. This is unusual that this time they are supporting me to cancel my card (and refunding my annual fee) instead of waiving off my annual fee. Unusual....
