In addition to the criminalization of infectious disease prevention, Ohio is also now seeking to expand involuntary psychiatric admission requirements through House Bill 249…
Ohioans are already being charged with felonies for wearing masks. OHOIANS ARE ALREADY BEING CHARGED WITH FELONIES FOR WEARING MASKS!!!
“Xavier activists, arraigned today, to be charged with felony for wearing disguises, citing 1953 law…”

@illenialK I certainly wouldn’t want to pick it up and look at it after experiencing the trauma that is childbirth. Have you considered that some of us don’t want kids because we are well aware that we would hate them? Yet we stigmatize and now criminalize those who want to prevent this.
@esthers_ghost their “shitty rhetoric” has directly influenced the stigmatization and criminalization of those who could be, are, or were pregnant. Fear is powerful; this not an either/or situation. How can one even determine “right from wrong” when right AND wrong is being legislated?
@Spooky3DPG@illenialK because i don’t presume anyone else’s ability to function during a traumatic event. if I ever had to give birth, whether I was in the most unsanitary and uncomfortable public space or not, I would kill myself along with it.
@AdAstraImus@illenialK the actions of an individual will never be as horrific as what eugenicist systems do repeatedly, but they are most certainly, always, influenced by the same norms that uphold those systems (which most are unwilling to deconstruct)-particularly (internalized) ableism & carceralism
@Flatstanfam@illenialK I just got off work, and neither of my parents own a home. I doubt you have much experience in the "real world" yourself if you feel so comfortable using eugenicist language.
@illenialK “options” as in? if I ever gave birth, especially in a public setting, I would kill myself then and there before ever confronting another adult. But I guess that’s what y’all would have rather happened.
@AdAstraImus@illenialK anything but ignoring/further normalizing it. the same as I have done before and after El Fasher massacre—making sure people know the UAE is funding/perpetuating it and being aware of the relevant companies to boycott.
@snpoehlm Children are currently forced to learn in toxic atmosphere with CO2 levels that would trigger an evacuation alarm in any lab. They are forced into the respiratory equivalent of drinking raw sewage. No amount of "immunity" is going to solve this problem.

Dünyada terörün kaynağı, ABD ve israildir
Israel seals water wells with concrete, causing the land to dry up and the crops to die, making it easier to seize and control the area.
This is ethnic cleansing in the truest sense of the word.
Believe me, we are living inside white human ovens called tents. They are not shelters, nor could they ever be. At any moment, they feel as though they could suffocate us.
Today, I found myself fleeing the tent, trying to escape the unbearable heat. My mother stood there holding a piece of plastic, waving it up and down in the hope of creating the slightest breeze. And when I decided to pour a little water over my body to cool down, I realized we had no water. This is the true tragedy of life in these tents.
Believe me when I say that sometimes we wish we had not survived. Perhaps death would have ended this pain and suffering. Every hardship we endure is followed by one even harsher. We have been completely forgotten, as if we were never human beings at all.
I don’t know if anyone still feels our pain, or if anyone still cares about our children. My brother’s children gasp for air inside this white furnace as though each breath could be their last. We are living through such unimaginable cruelty that, compared to it, death feels like a luxury. In fact, beside what we are enduring, death itself seems gentle and merciful.
