But there is no (federal) law that officially legalizes interracial marriage. In theory, SCOTUS could overrule Loving, unless a federal law protects it.

Some states charge any traffic violations as misdemeanors (low level crimes), and in most states, even non-criminal infractions can become criminal misdemeanors depending in the circumstances of the infraction 🤷🏾‍♂️

But even then you don’t automatically get parental rights simply because you raised them.

@tutticontenti @maggieNYT If it’s what she herself saw, it’s not hearsay. And as far as the steering wheel thing, in grand jury proceedings, hearsay can be admissible, and even if not, evidence of state of mind can be an exception to the hearsay rule.

Just cause the gun’s legal doesn’t mean you get a pass to point it wherever you wish.
