@UniversalORL I reported this to staff @ the How to Train Your Dragon at #Epicuniverse and the only "solution" was ONE small portable floor fan for a huge covered queue.The ceiling fans r still OFF, it feels like a sauna& guests are getting sick.This is a safety issue.Pls act now
