Ontario mandates helmets for motorcycle riders to protect against head injuries, backed by OPP safety campaigns & the law. Everyone else faces fines or charges for riding without one.

Why exempt turban-wearing Sikhs from this rule while enforcing it strictly on all other citizens?

Crashes don’t discriminate by faith or head covering. Shouldn’t uniform road safety apply equally to everyone, regardless of religion?
