@Hertz « why is my car not ready? » « cause we didn’t have time to prepare it ». Ah. #goldplusrewards #CustomerExperience

#CustomerService a-la @Hertz ... #hertzgold in Bordeaux, car not ready,...

Hello @qobuz. Any idea to fix that? A couple of hundreds of dollars stucked in this error. Thanks!

Congrats @airfrance for WiFi onboard CDG-SFO! But more importantly super impressed how the J-class crew on AF84 (feb 3) went above and beyond for a sick passenger - including helping him at the border control (kudos to the station manager!) This is outstanding service.

Hi @BlackDiamond ... How long to get an answer from your #CustomerService for #defective material? Started the online process a week ago, total silence... #Disappointing as it is about #safety! Thx!

Thanks @airfrance for a perfect #af83 flight on July 2. Outstanding #service. Purser Matthieu L. and Captain Yves L. where among the friendlier ever met during my (many, many) flights on-board #AirFrance!

I just had a great service experience with Lisa L at @WestElm.
