Wasting appointments all the while my customer has no heating as the boiler isn’t able to be filled! Thames blame housing association and vice versa. Horrendously unprofessional from both parties, all the while it’s the paying customers that suffer!

The most disgusting service by @thameswater recently - 1 month today since they’ve left our customer without enough water pressure to fill upstairs tanks - neighbours have issues too. Thames sending multiple engineers who are clueless to the previous visits and complete time 1/2
