I literally run away from consoling bereaved folks.
I can't withstand the atmosphere and the mood.
Even as a pastor, I don't do it. I can only hug.
Combining that with my natural shyness makes it uninteresting.
Recently, I couldn't dodge my responsibility as a close sister who lost a loved one.
After I received her call that morning, I cried.
She had many questions, and the family had many questions.
I tried to listen and speak very few words.
I strongly believe that only the Holy Spirit can comfort the bereaved.

However, I had to face this matter squarely.
She stood face to face with me, and she poured herself out.
I would lie to you that pastors always know what to say every time, especially in situations like this.
Sincerely, it was not a moment where silence could work.
It was a time she needed a response, a very strong and spirit-filled response.
'Only God can console you' would not work at this time.

Due to my calling, I hear a lot of problems every day,
And sometimes, depending on how long I do this, it can be disorienting.
A lady once called me from London,
She ranted, cried, sobbed, and blamed God for 2 hours non-stop,
I could barely say a word.
When she was done, I was so disoriented. I didn't know what to think.
All I could say to her was, "We will catch up later, ma"
Yes, listening to depressing issues does that to us as pastors.
It's the reason many pastors do not like people talking for long,
You can mess up their mental and emotional stability.
Well, I found my way around this.

Back to my dear sister,
I told her, "Please give me 5 minutes"
We were in an open and quite large public space.
So I took a walk 30-40 meters away from her,
Pacing to and fro and praying in tongues.
I was waiting for the word for her,
A word for that particular moment.
It was her first time being that vulnerable to that extent,
I needed to bring her a word from the Lord, and sincerely, it would be wicked to just tell her that God would console her.
It was a breaking point.
A word was needed to bring her alive, or she would lose it.
I didn't say anything to the Lord, I only fixed my spirit on Him, and I prayed with stillness and compassion.

All of a sudden, like the rush of a dam released into more channels because of overflow,
I received some words for her.
Some were prophecies, but the most important one was the consolation.
I walked up to her and said, "YOU ARE A CONQUEROR, YOU OVERCAME THE WORLD"
"People will say a lot of things, but you are a conqueror,
Some will make a jest of you, but you are a conqueror,
I didn't say that, Jesus did; "I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world, you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world."
The word of God was tried in the fire 7 times, and it came out whole,
His word is truth.
You are an overcomer, You are a conqueror"

As I said these words to her,
There was the pulsating energy of the anointing gliding through my body,
She was so refreshed and pumped up
She held on to it like a lifeline.
Myself, as I made my way home, was prophesying that same line over
myself
It was one of the surreal moments when the word of God became a living being.

As a believer, especially tongue-talking and Holy Ghost-filled,
Also manifesting eternal life as we heal the sick and raise the dead,
Certain events will happen, like losing a loved one, and we are shocked.
"Why couldn't I raise him/her back to life?
How did I miss this? Why didn't God tell me?
Why? Why did this happen?"
It's like our ego is bruised, in fact, shattered.
We ask these questions, then switch to self-guilt,
I am saying to you today, I (insert your name) CONQUERED THE WORLD
YOU CONQUERED THE WORLD
YOU CONQUERED THE WORLD
IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT HAPPENED.
YOU ARE A CONQUEROR

To the household of faith, we overcame the world.
We are conquerors.

Christian Sister's Code

1. A sis should be Godly and trustworthy

2. A sis should set healthy boundaries and respect other people’s boundaries.

3. Don’t drag or shade your sis just to impress anyone.

4. A sis should not pay for s*x or transactional affection either cash or kind.

5. Marry before you make babies — secure the man first, don’t baby-trap yourself.

6. Never despise the days of little beginnings in your relationships. Make efforts to grow and evolve together.

7. Don't do wife duties while you're just a girlfriend without marriage in view. (stop cooking full course and warming his bed)

8. A sis never gives up, she prays, she rests, cries if needed, then continues stronger.

9. Never sleep with another sister’s man.

10. Share fun times and document great moments in pictures and videos. You will love them later.

11. A sis should never wear dirty or torn underwear at anytime (Your confidence down there is paramount).

12. Take care of your body and dress well. Smell fresh and clean always.

13. Stand up for and support eachother in every way - spiritually, morally, physically and financially.

14. Pray for one another.

15. Celebrate little wins and don’t stop taking up new challenges.

16. A sister must endeavor to be financially stable. Making her own money ensuring she’s not a burden to anyone.

17. A sis must be introspective and seek feedback for continued growth.

18. A sis must have a mentor and older friends, that she can learn from and be accountable to.

19. Checking on one another is expedient, no one has the responsibility to check first, any of you can.

20. In times of arguments or disagreements never bring up the past. Let the past remain in the past.

21. Never allow disagreements to linger, ensure and let it be apparent that you have forgiven and moved on. (Sisters don’t keep malice no matter what)

He lures young ladies to his bogus company in Surulere. drugs them and rapes them, and then he takes their pictures and blackmails them for money
The police have been informed and statements written.

When his case was first reported, I reached out to him on X via DM trying to find out if he is innocent of the allegations against him
He blocked me immediately
Yesterday, another victim of his came into my DM on WhatsApp to cry for divine intervention.
I am posting this as a warning to all his other potential victims
Block his handle, unfollow him, repost, and expose him
His recent victims said they searched for his name online, and they couldn't find anything suspicious
They fell victim because his other victims had been silent about his evil deeds out of fear
When I searched, I discovered that @adesojiminkhail had posted about some of his antics on 10/5/2022 at 5:55 pm
Since then, he has not been arrested, and he is still doing his evil under the cover of anonymity
Please let us expose him
I have reported him to X officially.
I would like others to please do the same
I have also spoken to lawyers and security operatives
Many of them claim it is Moniepoint that is still one of the few platforms where fraudsters and criminals operate with impunity
I don't want another person to fall victim to him; this is why I am making this post to clear my conscience and perhaps save another innocent person from falling victim to his evil antics.
