I rarely comment on what is not my business. But as the Representative of Kaduna North, the affairs of the state regardless of my political affiliation is my business. I would like to publicly commend and acknowledge an affable and decent young politician that has helped many vulnerable people in Kaduna North, Hon. Abdulazeez Kaka, @Abunaah. Regardless of anyoneโs personal feelings towards him, he has carried out numerous initiatives that have benefitted some of the most vulnerable members of our Kaduna North. His skill acquisition programs targeting young women stands out the most for me. And I am sincerely proud of him. These acts have eased the burden on me as the elected Representative of Kaduna North and I have always told him this. God knows best, but remember that you embody the courage and boldness that is rising among many young people in Nigeria. We are proud of you. No one that supports us should ever publicly or privately mock his efforts. As God is my witness, I do not accept it. I end with this quote.

I was opportuned to be presented with the responsibility to pre-commission, commission and start-up the newly built CNG plant in the Dangote refinery due to my experience in same task in the LPG Bullet system. I froze for a sec but later took it.
The plant is stabilized for the past 3 months without any operational faults.
Today I am given the Head (Process) of the CNG plant. More experience more growth
Dear Muslims,
It is not permissible for a muslim to openly or privately declare hatred for polygyny, because polygyny is something Allah has made lawful in Islam. While it is understandable that many first wives may struggle emotionally with their husbands taking another wife, a muslim must be careful not to condemn what Allah has permitted.
At the same time, Islam recognises human emotions and personal limits.
Can a muslim man choose not to practice polygyny? Yes.
Can a muslim woman prefer monogamy and not want her husband to take another wife? Yes.
Can a muslim woman refuse to marry a man who openly intends to practice polygyny? Yes.
Can a wife seek divorce if polygyny is severely affecting her emotionally or mentally? According to some scholars, yes.
Even the wives of the Prophet ๏ทบ who are the best of women experienced jealousy among themselves, to the extent that Allah revealed verses addressing some of those situations.
So feeling hurt, jealous, or emotionally overwhelmed is part of human nature and should not automatically be condemned.
However, there is a difference between struggling with something emotionally and declaring hatred for what Allah has made halal.
As muslims, we should not:
โข Hate polygyny, it is a ruling from Allah.
โข Hate fellow muslims simply because they practice polygyny.
โข Speak badly about muslims solely because they choose what Islam has made permissible.
No muslim, dead or alive, has the authority to declare forbidden or hateful what Allah has made lawful and permissible.
We should be careful as muslims, not to fall in error of hating what Allah made lawful, just because our emotions are up.
Lastly, this post is directed to muslims alone.

This morning before the #1v1africa tournament, my mother sent me a voice note reminding me of the โฆ50k she had been asking me to add to her business for days. @phisco_ was beside me and I told him about it and how I planned to go all the way so I could surprise her with more. I just sent her โฆ5k from my last โฆ11k to have some money for whatever, hoping to surprise her with more after the tournament.
My plan was actually to go all the way, win the total prize money and give her a million naira, or even do the same if I made top 3, but oh well, that didn't happen.
I got eliminated in the first round in a way that wasn't actually my fault because my opponent didn't actually beat me, but well, he advanced and I didn't. Luck determines a lot of things in life and today just wasn't my day. We move.
Now to the organizers, they credited all of us knocked out in the first round on the spot with โฆ250k. I immediately sent โฆ50k to my mom and the voice notes of prayers started pouring in while I was mourning my hard luck.
It was a bitter-sweet experience because getting โฆ250k as a participation fee is not something you just get. I have toiled hard for far less amounts without even getting paid. In fact, they credited everybody their respective amounts today as soon as it was confirmed. ๐๐พ
I really appreciate the opportunity and everyone who pushed me to apply even though I mentioned 1v1 wasn't my forte, for y'all are the reason I have โฆ206k in my account right now.

Our engineering is different. Ours is not a stroll; it is a pilgrimage.
It is not a convenience; it is a calling.
At Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, engineering is not merely studied โ it is earned.
We begin at the 100-level with the full weight of responsibility upon our shoulders. Nine solid courses; nearly 27 credit units, laying the foundation not just of knowledge, but of discipline. While others may navigate lighter waters, we are immersed from the onset in the depth and rigor that define true engineering.
In ATBU, progression is not automatic; it is deserved.
You have 6 units of carryover? You remain grounded until mastery is achieved. You don't make it to 200 Level with your mates. They move to ๐๐ง๐ ๐ข๐ง๐๐๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐๐ฑ, and you remain in 100 Level. Advancement is a badge of competence, not a gift of policy. So when you see an engineering student of ATBU move into 200-level, it is because he has proven himself worthy of that ascent. He is not transitioning; he is transforming.
In ATBU, prerequisites are not suggestions; they are principles. Unlike in YOUR university, ours is Semester Prerequisites. ๐
Fail Chemistry 101 in 100 level 1st semester, and Chemistry 102 waits in 2nd semester. Knowledge must be sequential. Understanding must be layered. You cannot build the roof before laying the foundation. We are taught that engineering is structural and so is our academic journey.
And if you fail Chemistry 201 in 200 level 1st semester (5 units), an entire 1.0 drops in your CGPA! The system reminds you: growth is deliberate. Courses align with intellectual maturity, not convenience. Progress is orderly. It is intentional. It is disciplined.
Then I journeyed to Southern Nigeria during my NYSC and encountered a different structure. One of the "Best" universities๐คฆ, but the CGPA is unfair.
An engineering system where 100 level does not weigh into the CGPA. Where an early stumble can be erased by a later triumph. Where a failed course, once redeemed with an A, rewrites the academic story as though the struggle never existed.
And you thing Your Engineering is the same as mine?๐๐คก
