@QuickBooks @QBCares Hello. we are a @QuickBooksUK customer, SMS 2FA on login has not been working for over three weeks, and now call verify is not working either. Can you follow me and pick up my DM please, there seems to be no other way to get support if not logged in. Thanks

[James Grimster @ojleaf]

Hello @nationalgrid we now have our third power cut this week in #SY1 INCD-62836-m with a known secondary fault that's not been fixed. Can management please escalate as this is now damaging equipment and many businesses are incurring costs. Thanks. cc: @ball_helen

[The Minton Archive @MintonArchive]

We have a final festive flourish to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the MA website! Every day for the next 24 days we'll be releasing a new hi-res majolica artwork onto the blog - that's a bit fancier than your average advent calendar, eh?! 🎄🗓️🎄 https://t.co/FnGaS93cuT

We may be closed but you can still view items from our collections from the comfort of your own home.

We've got almost 40,000 items held in our collections and are working on photographing them and adding them to our online collections website: https://t.co/5WVzHPzTko

@Annemarieward @Kate4BelleVue Put your site on a free CloudFlare plan https://t.co/USzrZ9FrSo - then add a WAF rule on wp-comments-post.php to managed-challenge bots and maybe outside of UK traffic.

In your travels from Shrewsbury to London @JBuckleyLabour , have you experienced the dangerous levels of overcrowding at Euston, with the changes to the departure boards into advertising and the new screens crushing the crowds together? @LouHaigh ? @NetworkRailEUS

[James Grimster @ojleaf]

@CStanleyDirect hello, you are aware that systems are down right now on the website; backend servers connections failed?

[James Grimster @ojleaf]

Had a lovely evening catching up with friends and colleagues in that London at the launch of the new Museums Data Service, an exciting new platform for the sector.

[James Grimster @ojleaf]

Twenty years working with archives and I still spell hierarchy wrong all the time.

[James Grimster @ojleaf]

@JBuckleyLabour Congratulations Julia

It’s a warm summer’s evening here in #shrewsbury , the garden has lots of flowers. There are no bees, hoverflies, wasps, butterflies or anything. Frankly, a bit scary. If this lack of pollinators is country wide, next year will be the same and UK food production will crash.

[James Grimster @ojleaf]

@dPreservation @Preservica Thanks Jon. Here we are using Preservica's excellent ContentAPI , complete with Search Within to create render display packages of folders. We use Archives Card login to onboard users into the session, and access levels to Access Copy assets is controlled through CALM metadata.

[James Grimster @ojleaf]

Finally live after many months of hard work is West Sussex Record Office; with @ARAUK_IE Archives Card sign in, PAYG @Preservica access, shop with events ticket sales, and search room booking with document orders & CALM record SEO. https://t.co/nF37jMwlF4

[James Grimster @ojleaf]

@WestSussexRO Working on https://t.co/nF37jMwlF4 has been a fantastic project - features ARA Archives Card login facility too!

[James Grimster @ojleaf]

@PeterReavill @shroppiemon @ShropArchives All is well. We’ve a lot of HLF funded sites decades old and we are working on digital preservation techniques for archiving them, challenging as they are dynamic, but we’ve found a way to maintain access, whilst stored in the archive.

[James Grimster @ojleaf]

@shroppiemon @PeterReavill @ShropArchives Fear not friends, human error means that the domain is waiting to be renewed, the legacy of credit cards and councils! All will still be available, but we will be aiming to create an accessible archive of it so it doesn’t have to rely on domain renewals in the future.

[James Grimster @ojleaf]

Installing an ANPR noise camera in #shrewsbury town centre could be a real moneyspinner for @ShropCouncil @ShrewsburyTC

[James Grimster @ojleaf]

If the Guildhall in #Shrewsbury is no longer to be used by the Uni, SCC can use it, and no longer need to build addition offices for the Council as part of Riverside development? Perhaps Riverside could be used for subsidised social rental accom rather than private landlords?

[James Grimster @ojleaf]

Hello @IKEAUK : would it be possible for you to redirect telephone callers of old number to your new Customer Services number, rather than just have a message reading out the new number which is 1 digit different from ours? 😃
