@thetrainline Hi , I was informed by you to lodge a claim via the link mailed to me, which I believe went to grand Central at the end of March, and they informed me it is still waiting in a queue, rather like a lot of their passengers lately π€£

Does anyone know how to get any sense out of @KirkleesCouncil ? Not had a brown bin emptied for 4 month's, contacted HelpLine, it gets logged, but never passed on to anyone, call again it gets logged again and not passed on etc etc, any help appreciated π

@KirkleesCouncil We've logged it all 4 times, and spoken on the phone many times, to be told that it will be resolved, when asking to speak to someone in management to make a complaint,we are told it's not possible, and our bin will be emptied, unfortunately we are going round in circles,
