The probability of dying in the OR during knee surgery is extremely low. Globally it is estimated at less than 0.01%, fewer than 1 in 10,000 cases.
For a teenager, it drops even further, to less than 0.001%, fewer than 1 in 100,000. Maxine should have walked out of that surgery and back onto a court in no time. This is what the numbers say should have happened, but this is where the curse of living in a dysfunctional country comes in.
Equipment that does not work, blood banks that are empty, anaesthesiologists stretched thin, monitoring systems that fail at exactly the wrong moment, and a health system that has been hollowed out by the same people who fly abroad for their own surgeries.
A young girl with everything ahead of her loses her life on an operating table because of conditions that have nothing to do with her, her sport, or her injury.
May she rest in peace🙏🏾🫶🏾
@WilliamKananga@KasangoTaddeo definitely....Obua's project would be nearing glory & dominance. He needed time & support in recruitment which he was meant to be involved in because his philosophy needs specific profiles
@odeke_raph15921@KasangoTaddeo If Obua had stayed. It would be a different story. He was going to raise the standards of UG coaches. It would be another Villa of today
🆕|🎥|@TukaaBrian didn’t hold back, branding @URAFC_Official the worst side in the @UPL in the last decade.
🔸Big investment, little return. 🔸Same Managmnt mistakes every season.
🔸Plenty of spending, zero progress.

One thing I believe is that whichever crowd Beewol is held with, they are being served some doses of humour once in a while...I am sure he has cheekily complained about missing the Olympics Opening Ceremony and his Guinness.
We need them back

So far these and maybe more innocent Ugandans are locked up because of a cause they believed in.
They represent the aspirations of many of us ...so if they are not free we can't claim to be free...we can't move on like we are free.

‼A month into 2021, comrades we were with then cane up with a list of businesses that the general public could boycott. Now this list could be updated to include MPs, ministers etc businesses to not buy from! Back then it was #BoycottMuseveni#March2Parliament
As someone who marched up to Dewinton road alongside wonderful brave women today, I can confirm that there was no "safe corridor" to parliament as always! There will never be one for dissenters under this regime. #March2Paliament
