@Tsunamiar you can try what i did which worked great for me. focusing on incline bb or smith for a couple of weeks or more i ended up getting 80kg on incline smith for 12 next week got 105 for 4 on flat at the time i was 82kgs with only 2 months on proper training. keep grinding
@killdryd@FaZeBlaze youre stating great points but like i said in some other comment life is hard asf regardless the gender, in my opinion i wouldnt think twice about compering, its hard being a men or a women, ones not easier than the other
@julisboolin @xxxslatttxxx @MissGalaxyy_ @chrisirvin06@FaZeBlaze i just think its silly how people can really have a one sided opinion on things like this, its not fair. i get things can be worse in ways for women but same with men also but it is what it is
@julisboolin @xxxslatttxxx @MissGalaxyy_ @chrisirvin06@FaZeBlaze its not the fact men dont want help at all, most do but are scared to be looked down upon coz they are "MEN" thats why most dont speak out.. and tbh men nor women have it harder its called life things are hard no matter the gender..
pushing 21, married. been living abroad this past year i cannot believe how far ive come from where i was down and depressed fat poor to having the best glow up getting complements from random people and being nervous and shy around me. best choice ive ever made.
@Tsunamiar@roeIzr or tryout doing dropsets at the end of every workout do it until failure if you havent tried that. do it your strength will increase by heaps in just a couple of weeks
@Tsunamiar@roeIzr maybe tryout having 1 less day but have more intense workout with like less rest time between sets. if its hard lower how much you lift and do more reps it will build you up quick asf
@Tsunamiar@roeIzr tbh idk man i think you should try calisthenics its clear you have lower than norm testosterone just focus getting stronger that way plus its more fun. the muscle will still come with it as long as youre in a surplus. losing kgs is easy i lost 30+ in under 6 months
@Tsunamiar@roeIzr you do look bigger but he is right, you can def see your progress but in 1 year you could of gained alot more, either you're slacking or bad genetics ngl but keep at it you will be sweet looking good
