@ChuckHoskin_Jr (1) 2026 OK 50 (Rowe, C.J.) is worth a look for courts that admit lawyers on an OBA license. OK treats a sister-state disbarment that contains no findings as proof of specific misconduct. It held Selling v. Radford no longer applies to reciprocal bar discipline.

NEW: Oklahoma Refuses to Payout Million Dollar Settlement to Man after being wrongly convicted.

Henry Jamerson’s $26 million record breaking settlement with the City of Tulsa came after a lawsuit detailed allegations of evidence hiding by TPD.

Under Oklahoma state law, there's a provision for folks to get paid by the state for the time they wrongfully served.

"Under state statute, Mr. Jamerson’s entitled to $50,000 a year for every year that he’s been wrongfully imprisoned through the State of Oklahoma," said Attorney Dan Smolen.
